Vaughn Building Group LLC is a Pismo Beach–based general contracting firm serving San Luis Obispo County and the broader Central Coast. We specialize in custom residential construction, remodels, ADUs, and commercial tenant improvements.

Founded by Daniel Nobbs, Vaughn Building Group is built on over three decades of hands-on construction experience. Daniel has been in the industry since 1995, working his way through every facet of the trade — from field work to project management to professional estimating. As a Senior Estimator, he brings a level of cost clarity and budget control that's rare in residential construction.

Daniel is a licensed C-10 Electrical Contractor (License #849650 through Vaughn Electric) and is thoroughly versed across all trades of construction — structural, mechanical, plumbing, finish work, and beyond. This breadth of knowledge means fewer surprises, tighter coordination, and better results for our clients.
